Spotlight on: Woodmere’s streetscape design

As we set out to welcome our newest homeowners to Woodmere, we would like to pause to reflect what’s drawing discerning buyers to the neighborhood.  Our vision for Woodmere from the beginning was an “evolved estate” neighborhood and that’s what we are so excited to deliver to you.

With construction underway, our vision for the community is beginning to come to life.  We’ve introduced a curved roadway design to make the community feel like a collection of residences surrounding the Estate House.  Walking paths through the grounds evokes the sense of being on a tranquil wooded trail.  Even certain home plans were thoughtfully sited to enhance the visual aesthetics of the community.  For example, the Adams lots have side entrances so that the sides of their homes look like fronts when seen from Brush Hill Road or when driving along Woodmere Drive.  Comparatively, the Carlyle homes enjoy a picket fenced front cottage garden and small patio, while the Bancroft has a curving front walk with evergreen and flowering shrubs and a variety of perennial plantings.

We look forward to sharing more community updates in the future.  In the meantime, we invite you to visit Available Homes to learn more.
