Northland Residential, the developer and builder of Woodmere at Brush Hill, announced the launch of its new website, www.northlandresidential.com. The site narrates the company’s history, philosophy, and experience, with new photo galleries of Northland’s most distinctive work, providing consumers with both inspiration and practical information about Northland’s approach to building “dream homes”.
“We are excited to unveil our new website which we feel offers our clients and partners more robust information about who we are as a company,” said John Dawley, President and CEO of Northland Residential Corporation. “When you look at the photos on the website, you can truly see the attention to every detail and exquisite site work that distinguish our homes One of our favorite features of the new site is the “Stories Behind the Build” which allows visitors to get to know our properties along with their unique history and plans.”
The new website also showcases Northland’s new interpretation of its corporate logo. With a nod to its 46- year legacy, the company retained its signature “compass” icon, because it is known for providing guidance and direction, but contemporized it. Today, it remains a strong representation of Northland’s continued commitment to the real estate principle of “highest and best use.”
The website launch follows two recent announcements by the company highlighting its 2017 National Builder’s Association Best in American Living award and a Professional Builder Magazine Design gold award for excellence in single family home design.
Design Principles, based in Marion, Massachusetts, designed and developed the website.
